A study prepared by RegioPlan Consulting confirms the excellent market

potential of the project. 

 

The analysis awarded the grade of „very good” in its evaluation of the

location for logistics and commercial use.

 

The excellent infrastructure and nationwide accessibility

as well as the abundance of land and the existing options for

expansion were especially emphasized during the assessment.

 

A needs analysis in connection with this study indicates that only few

modern facilities suitable for logistics already exist, as opposed to other

CEE countries. Consequently, a large potential for growth is forecasted.
